People who have completed the 18th year of their age have the right to register an order , otherwise geekgalxy.gr does not bear any responsibility for the declaration of false information. By registering the order, we are committed to its immediate execution. A successful order entry is considered if all required fields have been completed. If the selected product is not available, the buyer will be notified as soon as possible and we will either cancel the order or replace the originally selected product with another product of your choice.
The listed prices of the products are final prices, including VAT. Geekgalaxy.gr reserves the right to change prices without prior notice. The buyer secures the current price of the product at the time the order is placed.
The information provided about the characteristics and specifications of the products comes from their manufacturers and is presented by geekgalaxy.gr with every reservation.
1. PAYMENT METHODS
To pay for your purchases, you can choose one of the following secure payment methods:
•Pay on delivery (available only for domestic deliveries)
Payment upon delivery of the order in cash. The employee of the courier company delivers the order to you, upon receiving the corresponding value of the parcel.
The cost of payment upon delivery is plus 2 Euros.
• Bank account deposit.
You deposit the amount corresponding to your order in the following bank account:

In case the deposit is made by a Bank other than Piraeus, then in the choice of cost you should choose the cost to be borne only by the depositor (OUR) .
•Credit card
Payment with all credit cards or debit or prepaid cards Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and American Express using the environment of Piraeus Bank. The user does not incur additional costs by using this service. After completing the relevant fields in the "shopping cart", you will be taken to a safe environment of the above cooperating service to complete your order. • PayPal
Payment with PayPal, the user is not charged with additional costs using this service.
• Payment at the store by card or cash

2. Shipping Methods.
• With courier company.
Shipping costs are borne by the buyer. The cost for a package up to 2 kilos is 3 € and for each extra kilo it is 1 €. The delivery of the products is done with the company Geniki Taxydromiki and usually takes 3 working days, if it is in mainland Greece. In island Greece, as well as in inaccessible areas 1-3 more days are needed.
In cases of special emergencies and force majeure (strikes, natural disasters, etc.) the company geekgalaxy.gr does not bear any responsibility for any delays.
• Collection from the store.
It can be picked up from the store, after a relevant selection during the checkout process and contact with the store.
• With ELTA (for foreign orders)
Shipments to a destination outside Greece will be sent by ELTA.
Any costs that may incur due to custom charges are borne by the buyer.

3. Return Policy
Any request for change or cancellation is made after contacting the store either by e-mail at info@geekgalaxy.gr or by phone at 2105902355/ 2114442567.
IMPORTANT: The products must be delivered in the same condition as they were received by the customer, with their packaging and without any signs of wear or use as well as the accompanying documents. If the product does not meet the above conditions we reserve the right not to accept your return - change request.
The cost of return is borne by the buyer and results from the price list of the cooperating transport company. The buyer has the opportunity to return the product through the cooperating courier company from which he received it at the recipient's expense, in this case from the return amount will be deducted 3 € for the cost of transport.
In case of change of the product bought, the return cost through the cooperating courier company is charged to the recipient and at no cost to the buyer. Shipping of the replacing product will be charged 5€ as cash on delivery or 3€ with payment by deposit to Piraeus Bank or PayPal.
• Right of Withdrawal
The buyer has the right, for any reason, to proceed with partial or total return of the order within 2 weeks from the date of receipt.
Order cancellation can be made before it is received by the cooperating transport company and after communication either by call or by e-mail to the aforementioned contact details.
A valid cancellation or return request is considered the one for which the buyer has received a relevant confirmation in a manner corresponding to the manner of submission of the request.
In case of withdrawal, in a product worth more than 150€ which has been specially ordered for the customer or is pre-order, then the deposit requested (equal to 1/5 of the value of the product) is not refundable.
• Product change
In case the buyer wishes to proceed with a product change, has the opportunity to do so within ten (10) working days from the date of receipt.
• Refunds
Refunds are made within 2-15 working days. The refund method is the same as the payment method you chose when placing the order.
4. Pre-Orders
Products that are pre-orders (either due to lack of stock or due to future release) are not immediately available in the store.
• If the product is scheduled to be released on a future date, the title of the product bears the wording (Pre-Order) and the release date is indicated either in the product description or in the price field. The company geekgalaxy does not bear any responsibility if the manufacturer / supplier changes the release date or cancels the release of the product.
• If the product ordered by the customer is out of stock, an order will be placed to the manufacturer / supplier and the delivery time can be up to 30 days. The company geekgalaxy does not bear any responsibility in case the product is not available to the manufacturer / supplier.
• For products that are not in stock and pre-orders (Pre-Order), over 150 €, a deposit equal to 1/5 of the value of the product is required. In case of cancellation by the buyer the deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE.
