Any request for change or cancellation is made after contacting the store either by mail to firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone at 2105902355. Service hours Monday to Friday 10: 00-18: 00, holidays are excluded.
IMPORTANT: The products must be delivered in the same condition as they were received by the customer, with their packaging, without signs of wear or use, as well as the accompanying documents. If the product does not meet the above conditions, we reserve the right not to accept your request for a refund. The cost of the first return (cancellation or change) is covered by our company, for each subsequent return or change other than the original the shipping cost is charged to the customer according to the current invoice of the cooperating courier company, which is 3 €.
The products are tested after acceptance by the cooperating courier company.
• Right of Return
The buyer has the right, for any reason, to make a partial or full refund of the order within 2 weeks from the date of receipt.
Cancellation of an order can be made before it is received by the cooperating transport company and after communication either by phone or email to the above contact details.
A valid request for cancellation or refund is considered for the one for which the buyer has received a relevant confirmation in a manner corresponding to the manner of submission of the request.
• Product change
In case the buyer wishes to proceed with a product change, he has the opportunity to inform the store within 10 working days from the date of receipt and to inform about his intention and the product with which he wishes to proceed with the change.
Refunds are made within 10-15 business days. The return method is the same as the payment method you selected when ordered.
